Even if Dexter was being greedy and even if he is a gameplayer...um...are they unaware that this is a ****ing gameshow? And that there's £88k sitting on the board that could quite freely just be taken? Have they not also considered the prospect that Dexter may have thought there was another twist (which there was) and the person with the most stayed?
Are they all a bunch of ****ing morons or what? It's. A. Gameshow. If he's playing a game then so what? They entered a gameshow and oh my God...they encounter someone that might be playing a game...wow, **** me sideways. So yeah Sam, when you entered this gameshow in which you've spent the last 9 weeks of it being a tedious pointless ****ing non-entity bore, you should've realised that there is the possibility that people may be playing a game and not get so worked up about it. At least Dexter's actually contributed to the show, game or not. All this talk of 'ARE U A GAMEPLAYER HOW DARE U' has always irritated me. It's. A. Gameshow. |

Indeed. Sam is pissed simply because Dexter is in the final.
As I type the twins are ranting again about how greedy Dexter is..its as if they know that BB edited them asking about the money twice out ![]() |

I have no words really, just disgusts me, they were just waiting for something to justify having a go at Dexter.

Sam is just jealous that the twist flipped on him, Dexter showed real emotion to being saved and knew there would be a twist within a twist... It's SECRETS & LIES..

Be a game player and say you are. Don't play the game and back pedal into innocence.

Dexter is a Gambler so he gambled to win the money, it didn't work. But how do we know that BB didn't decide on the twist based on the winner? You could have 2 twists ready to keep Dexter in.

Dexter knew exactly what he was doing! He's an ex gambler after all. He is a fabulous actor and only pretended to be disappointed that he actually won the money and had to leave! But it was a lie, so then he uses his acting skills again to show that he is actually relieved that he did not win and is now staying. Of course it's a game, Dexter mistake was not admitting what he did!!!!

Yes I think that he wasn't wrong to go for the money, he was wrong to lie about it. But with a gambling addiction, gamblers learn to lie about it.

They've already said that the twist isn't over, meaning they don't yet know how to extricate themselves from this disaster, I think they thought the twins would take about £20K in which case they'd have given it to them

Every game has its winners and loosers. When Man utd take the field, everyone expects them to win, however....lets say Rooney deliberately dives and gets a penalty when it was definitely a dive that we all saw but the ref had been bribed and they win 1.0.......
Do we all walk away and say, oh never mind they won as they are the best anyway or do we all cry foul and hope they get brought to task and replay the game. This is whats happening in the house. Sam is playing a game, we all accept that but he is playing it reasonably fair. Dexter is cheating and lying his little arse off. who deserves to win it. NATURALLY SAM FOR MORALITY REASONS. never mind its a game, its not its a competition and in competition cheats shouldn't win either a game or a competition. |

Well there's two types of games. The upfront tactical game based around calculating nominations and such (Victor, Lydia) and the more sly, audience-manipulating version of playing the game (the Ziggys, the Darnells, the John Jameses, that whole gross succession of season-ruining HMs.) Since the public is all against playing the game, the people who fall into the latter type of gameplayers have to make it look like they are in fact not playing the game and usually do so in gross ways, such as constructing a false narrative that you are good overcoming evil, instigating arguments to make everyone else look bad but yourself, calling everyone else out on playing the game while insisting that you are ~raw n rull~, etc. It's gross and frustrating and awful to see assholes mislead the public into thinking they are actually the good guys when they're not.
Dexter falls perfectly into line with the natural succession of Richard to Ziggy to Darnell to Siavash to John James to Aaron and while I don't think he's nearly as bad as them, the similarities are there so I do get why the whole house is frustrated over Dexter's blatant attempts to look like the good guy when he effectively chose to walk for close to the full prize fund, and then manipulated the situation to look like the victim. However, I hate the means by which Sam argues so I can't even fully take his side. Charlie of all people came across as the most articulate and logical tonight to me, you really know it's a ****ed up blackhole if that's the case.

It's because he lied about it and spouted nonsense about personal journey and that he didn't want the money. If he was upfront about it, then it would be different. |

![]() In a house full of people that bizarrely think people playing a game in a gameshow is so terribly criminal he should say 'yeah I am playing a game' and make them hate him more? If his gameplan has been to try and befriend everyone and avoid nomination (which obviously hasn't happened), then admitting he was playing a game would be a surefire way to ensure he went up every week. If you mean admit he's playing a game to the public then fine and that's one option but to be quite honest if as a gameplayer you can play the public as well and delude them enough into lapping up what you want them to then you deserve to win, that's no mean feat. If the public are moronic enough to buy into false gameplaying crap then that's their problem, that's actually the sign of an excellent gameplayer if you can fool over a million people. I always knew Aaron was playing a game and thought most people did too (and thought that was why he won) but in the last few weeks I've seen numerous posts from people stating that he was this lovely person? So perhaps he did fool the public which makes his gameplaying even better. He didn't fool me, but the fact that I knew what he was doing was why I supported him. And you are? Bye |
