Shooting some dude sixty times is ridiculous, way overly excessive.

Slapping on a curfew is a good, gives some recourse against rioters.

no armed police are trained to do that

ALL target the torso

limbs move and are too small a target

Because American police is trained to murder, not incapacitate, it’s all they know

the number of times that this armed criminal was shot to stop him from killing police officers is irrelevant

what is relevant is his crime and the fact that a dangerous perp no longer is a threat to civilians in this local community

as i am sure good law-abiding citizens appreciate

I don't care how many officers did it, it's not common for a Police officer to shoot a suspect 60 times, if you haven't detained someone after shooting them that many times then you're not cut out for the job imo.
