What is even happening in that video, looks weird...he takes off his coat and starts throwing his arms about ... like he thinks he's Bruce Lee .

…that’s quite local to me, it was indeed a serious/targeted attack…I don’t recall any authorities/officials/local media reporting describing the attacker/identifying the attacker as an ‘African immigrant’, though…only that personal twitter account or whatever it is…
