That Friday got 1.26 in overnights didn’t it so th hats definitely wrong. These are all lower than expected apart from that Sunday. Trish and Chanelles interview on BBLL got 1 million:

Probably more 1.5’s. Seemed more people were watching it live in the last few weeks and the previous week didn’t add as much as before in officials. I’m just waiting for itv to release device ratings so we can know exactly how successful it was.

People really gave up the last few weeks didn’t they. Tbh it wasn’t great tv, it was mini task after mini task and it wasn’t needed because the cast was great.

It’s strange that the overnights increased to over a million on more than one occasion but overall the ratings dropped.

These aren’t great. They’re good for itv2 but nowhere near the level of love island which consolidated over 3m last summer (baffling to me because it’s such a basic show).

Wouldn’t it be nice to not have to support the under dog for once? ��*♂️ maybe CBB in March will save the franchise? It deserves the audiences of I’m a celeb which is the same old **** year after year.

But, we did get an average of 1.7 million viewers for the series; which is miles better than how ratings fared during the C5 era.

Big Brother has been streamed 38 million times on ItvX which means each episode was watched by more than 1 million on itvX alone.

I really wish they’d release the entire figures with devices etc because the series has now easily smashed the 2 million mark as an average.

Yeah last years love island averaged 4.4M officials, this year averaged 2.3M

I think there’s a lot of improvement with Big Brother, definitely with the live shows and tasks.

The final didn’t feel like a much of an event

Had some interesting housemates but quite a few of them were very dull.

A lot of this reality shows need to change it up a bit.

I think on the main love island wiki page it says 2.3M under series overview

But yeah on the actual series page it doesn’t say

This brings the series average to 2.77m.

They haven’t specifically said the average is 2.77 which is annoying. Some officials we had included itvx so we can’t just add that on top of the 1.72.

If that’s the case that’s great but they really need to release official numbers and give us a breakdown of what’s what with devices etc.

I remember talking about itv x numbers being added in week 3 and they were adding like 800k/1 million. They were definitely added and this series average of 2.77 seems misleading.

Yeah they haven't specified it but it looks likely that each episode got at least 700k on ITVX.

All in all, we are looking at around 2.3/2.4 million i think.

It's annoying iTV haven't been posting about what they got per episode because i imagine BB would have been one of the highest watched on ITVX.

Didn't ITV try and entice people on social media to "sign up" to ITVX the day after the final? That probably meant they believed they would lose all of the ITVX traffic that BB was giving it, and panicked they would lose their hits.

I don't think any of the ratings included ITVX did they? I believe ITVX hits come out a week or so after the episode airs. We got a device added amount for launch, but all other ratings stated it was "with +1, but excludes devices and ITVX".
