The word was they were all worried Pep would retire in the summer but he extended his contract to 2027 a few days ago

Man City are such a bitchy team when things arent going well. Bernardo Silva challenge for the booking was just straight spiteful and just now DeBruyne Squares up to Sarr after blatantly fouling him.

Never thought I;'d ever say that of a Guardiola team.

Desperation .. they do this every time they look like losing - Newcastle are the same

i love watching Bernardo Silva but he’s a nasty player - that kick on Maddison was violent behaviour - what else could it be

Agree about SIlva. I'm a fan too but when he gets exposed he can be very nasty. I think he might be losing a step too.

The problem with Pep's City is they only know how to win, when they start losing they have no idea what to do. It's alright winning almost every game, every title season in season out, but it shows your character more when you're up against it, and are able to weather the storm. City's lack of grit and experience in this new era of theirs is really starting to show now.
